A Ceremony of New Beginnings - Cacao, Yin Yoga & Shamanic Sound Journey

Are you craving a space where you can reflect on 2025 and set intentions from the nourished heart, body, and mind in alignment with your relaxed Self? We’re taking the time in this ceremony to slow down after the busy Christmas season, have a moment of solitude, move our bodies gently, and give our mind and heart space to unfold. 

A New Year brings always fresh energy…Maybe it’s not the best time in the middle of Winter to try changing everything, as we know that winters are for slowing down. And yet, there are things you plant in the cold season so that they can sprout in the Spring. We plant the seeds of our intentions as the new year begins and then water them through winter as we water, aka nourish ourselves, and gather our energies to grow, bloom, and flourish.

Take a moment to tune in and feel what you’re blessing and releasing from 2025 and what you’re envisioning for 2026 - aligning your intentions with your heart, body, and mind - allowing all of them to dance together.

The ceremonial cacao from Bali by Naked Chocolate will support you in connecting to your heart and emotions, and it will nourish your body and ground your mind. Ceremonies remind us that there is no waiting, there is a process we’re trusting, and we can create simple rituals that remind us of the divine even in the mundane. 

The shamanic sound journey, by Mehdi Dehbandi, musician and multi-instrumentalist with over 2 decades of experience, will help you to stay present by using instruments like Persian-tuned classical guitar, didgeridoo, Native American flute, frame drums, mouth harp, and more. 

Yin Yoga helps release tension, passively stretching the body and deepening your breath. The Wings & Heart Journey is a yin sequence that brings you back into your heart and releases tension from the upper body - shoulders, chest, spine, arms, and neck, opening the heart, and melting some of the armor - feeling is healing. In Yin Yoga, we're holding the shapes for 3 to 7 minutes with props in a lying down or seated position. Aleks has been teaching Yin Yoga for over 7 years.

We will welcome you with a herbal tea, and afterwards we will slowly come back with tea & homemade nourishing, plant-based snacks. You will receive a ritual bag to take home.

13:45 Door Opening & Welcoming Tea (arrive at least 5 min earlier)

14:00: Start of our Ceremony

16:00 Closing Ceremony // Coming back with tea & homemade snacks 

16:20 Closing of the night & mindful goodie bag to take home  (you can leave by 4 pm)
