Let's ride some dragons together and drink a cup of delicious ceremonial grade cacao to connect to our hearts before going on this journey of creating space and letting go.
On a physical level we'll be working with our hips and you may feel like you've got new hips during this journey. So often we hold back grief down there and due to long hours of sitting, the buttocks, pelvis, hips and pelvis area can get tense and sticky. The yin yoga shapes called dragons will not only help release physical tension but also bring up emotions that can be digested as well as thoughts and mental fogg to look at.
