Gentle healing yin journey to release stress from your system and feel safe to let go and simply be without having to perform, achieve or fulfill anything. Making slowing down feel safe again in your body, mind, spirit, and heart. 2 hours for you to relax and nourish.
After our journey, you can relax in our lounge area, enjoy a cup of tea, and some delicious snacks, sit in silence or connect with the other amazing humans or sit for yourself in meditation.
