A Yin Journey to Trust the Process When it's Hard

It's easy to trust and have faith in life when all is flowing well and you're feeling great. But how can we deepen that trust when life is shifting, intense, and not as easy to believe all will work out just fine? Here starts the practice of nourishing our bodies, feeling our feelings, and being picky with our thoughts and where our mind is going. Not to become toxic positive and close the eyes from reality but also not go to the worst-case scenario and then freeze there.
