Visualise yourself floating for an evening and at the same time feel deeply anchored in your body and heart. Allowing your energy to replenish and fill up with radiant light. Your body to deeply be nurtured and mind clear. A dreamy evening to nourish yourself on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically. 

We’ll open our ceremony with a warm cup of a new ceremonial cacao by Naked Chocolate - saffron, rose, black sesame & red date (jujube) infused -  to lift your mood and activate your heart. An evening to arrive in your body, feel safe and at home. A held container to feel your emotions and get in touch with your intuition. 

The shamanic music will carry you through the journey, assit you in moving through blockages , darkness and challenging emotions as well as physical resistance and tension with grace and trust. Mehdi Dehbandi will play an unique blend of different shamanic instruments like the mouth harp, Native American flute, drum, digeridoo, rattles and his Persian-tuned classical guitar. 

Yin Yoga is medicine. A medicine of slowing down and profoundly feeling your body - encounter tension and where the mind keeps racing and holding you back from softening into the moment - as it is. Without fixing, without adding on. Just being with yourself as you are and letting that be enough. Meeting ourselves with curiousity. Yin Yoga is for everyone - even if you don’t like practicing yoga or think it’s nothing for you - it’s a very slow practice, where we use props like yoga bolsters (firm pillows), blankets and yoga blocks to assist our bodies in relaxing. When the body begins to relax, your busy mind and stream of intrusive thoughts will eventually shift into clarity, spaciousness and possibility to meet yourself with francly reflexion. 

After our journey, we will serve LOVE DELICACIES - a range of savoury vegetarian Mediterranean, Persian and Middle Eastern inspired homemade whole food dishes in vibrant colours. Food is an integral part of our life - this is an inspiration of experiencing eating as ritual of nourishment and pleasure. Our dishes will be accompanied by tea-based drinks refined with herbs and spices. Most of the dishes served are originally plant-based and gluten-free. We’re finishing the food journey with an assortment of palatable and medicinal sweets.

We don’t offer refunds but offer you the opportunity to get a credit for a similar event. The credit is = the price you paid (100% to 50%) - 20% for admin costs.

21–30 days 50% credit of the price you paid minus 20% admin costs

< 21 days No refund/no credit but you’re welcome to give your spot to someone a friend. This costs 20% of total payment admin costs covered by you. 

No-show No refund/no credit

Giving your spot to someone else is only possible if the event is happening in 21 days or less but it has to be at least 72 hours before the event due to the coordination.
