We'll share a cup of the Naked Chocolate Ceremonial Cacao - the Medicine of the Heart, that will not only flood our physical body with nourishment but also open our hearts. Feel ourselves. Our bodies. Our minds. A Ceremony to invite in clarity. To invite in peace. To invite in deep rest.
Our yin journey will focus on full body. From the hips, we'll move towards our upper body. On an emotional level we'll tune into what needs to be released and where we can open our hearts more. In the same time the Cacao will help us to move through this process lovingly. This is not a competition nor something…
