Prepare a cozy space with yoga mat or rug, lots of blankets, yoga blocks or thick books, bolsters and/or pillows, faux furs, smudge if you like with some local herbs, light a candle, have your journal close by, have a warm tea, ceremonial cacao, honey milk.
