QUARTERLY SPRING BUSINESS PLANNING - REFLECT, MOVE, ENVISION, CREATE THE NOURISHED WAY FOR FEMALE BUSINESS OWNERS

Sometimes as business owners we lack direction and feel overwhelmed because we’re having decision fatigue, distract with zero money making tasks and don’t know how to priorotize and not just get clear but be the clarity that is needed to create a meaningful business that nourishes you back in form of great clients, fulfilment and prosperity aka cash flow. 

This workshop is created for the woman that wants to get things done BUT the feminine, intuitive, trusting, through the body manifesting way. You love romantisicing work, feeling nourished and working based on your cycle - less pushing, more being, less harshness, more softness, less energy leaking, more intentional workflows, less people-pleasing, more freedom to be who you are and also make money with it. 

Being clarity is an amazing way to lead your business. 

But just having lists with 88383339 tasks to be done yesterday, won’t work. 

In this workshop you will explore in a guided journaling session with ceremonial cacao by Naked Chocolate and meditation what are your priorities, what are your money making tasks, what do you think you should be doing and what will actually move the needle in your business, how can you romatisize the tasks you don’t like and create space for the work you started your business in the first place. 

You will practice yin yoga - a very simple practice to get into your body, relax the mind, soften, tune in, connect to your intuition and deeply nourish yourself. Meditative, slow, intuitive. Learn a simple sequence you can do at home and practice tuning into your bodies signs. As business women self-care is very important and connecting to the body is very important to make aligned business decisions that don’t create friction, fatigue, resistance and depletion. 

You’ll create an actual real and tangible plan for your business for the next three months. Remove desicion fatigue by becoming crystal clear, tune into your intentions, your vision and create small but tangible steps towards them in your day to day life - no matter if your biz is a side hussle, if you still have a 9-5, just started out or have been doing it for a while. 

You’ll learn business and self-care skills that will move your business forward without constantly making you feel you’re having to try and work so hard for it. 

At the end of the workshop you’ll move your body again and have throughout the opportunity to meet other women that care about creating a business that supports, nourishes and fullfills them while creating a positive impact and getting back to the core of why you’ve started your business in the first place. 

You’ll be brainstorming, journaling, reflecting and getting super honest with yourself and how you want to feel in your business in 2026 by manifesting it each day.

Organizer

Aleksandra Dehbandi-Nikolic has been a business owner and self-employed for over 10 years. She bas been holding space, organizing events, writing and teaching yoga since 2015. She is the Radiant Heart Studio co-founder and specializes in Yin Yoga & Cacao Ceremonies as well as trains people in teaching yin yoga and sharing ceremonial cacao.

She’s been organising the Business Women Gatherings for over a year in Zurich City - a space to connect, exchange and create with like-minded and like-hearted women in and around Zurich. Aleksandra has grown up in Zurich City and traveled a lot. In 2023 she opened the Radiant Heart Studio (www.radiantheartstudio.com) and in 2019 she created Naked Chocolate (www.naked-chocolate.com).

Aleksandra loves to create spaces for women to connect to themselves, trust and follow their intuition and flow and create a life that nourishes and makes them feel radiant, nourished, relaxed and alive.

We don’t offer refunds but offer you the opportunity to get a credit for a similar event. The credit is = the price you paid (100% to 50%) - 20% for admin costs.

< 21 days No refund/no credit but you’re welcome to give your spot to someone a friend. Please note it’s not allowed to use the Woman Gathering Whatsapp Group or Instagram to do so. This costs 20% of total payment admin costs covered by you. 

No-show No refund/no credit

Giving your spot to someone else is only possible if the event is happening in 21 days or less but it has to be at least 72 hours before the event due to the coordination.
