Über die Veranstaltung
My idea is to offer the next to weeks Private Cacao Ceremonies and Yin Journeys or Yoga Nidra Journeys to you and/or a friend so that you can enjoy quality-time with each other and in the same time nourish your body, mind & heart.
You can choose if you want a nourishing ceremony and yin journey or a heart-opening ceremony & yin journey. There is no experience needed and everyone is welcome. Yin Yoga is a very simple practice where we create shapes with our physical bodies and then hold for time as we relax into them. Ceremonial Cacao is the Medicine of the Heart - it helps us to focus, dive deep inside, connect to our hearts, nourish & relax our bodies...
This Ceremony with your friend or by yourself is an invitation to slow down, let go of the day to day life and recharge yourself to come…
