Are you craving to soften your heart and create new nourishing women's friendships? This ceremonial morning is an invitation to slow down, open up from the heart, and get comfortable with being vulnerable.
The ceremonial cacao will help us to ground and be in our bodies as well as create a space for us to get in touch with our emotions. Enjoy a soft morning where you're allowed to be seen, held, and heard by yourself and other amazing women.
The Restorative Yin Yoga will help us feel safe to slow down, process emotions, release mental and physical tension as well as nourish on all levels.
