Über die Veranstaltung

Do you feel stressed and like rushing a lot currently? Is it hard to relax and recharge even when you take the time for it? Does your mind seem to never stop thinking (especially towards negative thought spirals)? Are you feeling the tension in your physical body?


In this 40-minute yin yoga class, you will move through a moving meditation - we will hold different yoga poses (lying down or seated) for a few minutes to release physical and mental tension.


This will help you sleep better, feel more relaxed in your body, and calm your mind to find new inspiration and energy in actively slowing down and being mindful.
