2 Hours Silent Yin Yoga Journey & Cacao Meditation (Sensory Sensitive)

Create stillness in your body and mind. 2 hours of no distractions and spaciousness to just be: reflect, release, reconnect. In Yin Yoga, we hold poses for 3-6 minutes and this journey is a full-body experience designed to take you deeper inwards, calm a busy mind, replenish yourself on all levels, and connect to trusting yourself and your inner voice. 

You're welcome to join this class if you wish for less sensory impulses for example if you're prone to migraine or feel overwhelmed with a lot of sound, smell, or light. This class will have minimal talking, no pseudo-spirituality, and there won't be music or harsh lighting and smell. The cacao meditation by Naked Chocolate, in the beginning, will help you to set powerful intentions, and invite peace and nourishment, cultivating a sense of inner safety.

Schedule:

• 6:15 pm: Door Opening & Tea (arrive at least 5 minutes before we start)

• 6:30 pm: Start of our Silent Journey

• 8:30 pm: End of Our Silent Journey

• 8:30 pm: Slowly coming back, clearing the space, journaling, talking to other participants

• 8:45 End of Our Evening Together

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Please note that if you're sick cancel at least 24 hours in advance and have a dr. attest, then you will get a voucher minus a 15% admin fee for another event from January to March 2025 done by Aleks Nikolic at the Radiant Heart Studio or Forest (no collaborations). Please note you won't be able to get any refunds and no vouchers for the 2nd event. You can also transfer your ticket at least 24 hours in advance to someone else without extra cost to join the event you've booked. There are no refunds or changes to your booking for any other reasons.
