A New Year brings always fresh energy…Maybe it’s not the best time in the middle of Winter to try changing everything as we know that Winter’s are for slowing down. And yet, there is things you plant in the cold season so that they can sprout in the Spring. We plant the seeds of our intentions as the new year begins and then water them through winter as we water aka nourish ourselves and gather our energies to grow, bloom and flourish.
