A Full Moon Ceremony for Inviting in Clarity - Yin Dragon Journey, Journaling & Herbal Elixirs

We’re transitioning from summer to autumn - it’s time to check in and reflect how 2026 has felt so far. What are your intentions for the rest of the year? What are you harvesting? What can be blessed and released?

The yin dragon journey is a powerful yin yoga sequence that is both fiery, challenging and yet helping you to relax and unwind while chaos hits the life. It’s a moment to not ignore your feelings and thoughts but become curious and honest as you hold space for yourself through times of big change and grounding into what is important and alignend with who you are and where you are right now in life. No experience needed. All props provided.

The journaling helps to get things out of our head so that we can access feeling and releasing the emotions through our bodies. The herbal flower elixirs are blended by me with the intention to move through this journey with more ease, nourishment, clarity and purpose. We're closing the space with homemade cinnamon rolls <3
