Discover stillness and tranquility in this 75-minute weekly Yin Yoga class. Immerse yourself in a space free of distractions, offering the chance to reflect, release, and reconnect. Enjoy a grounding cacao meditation by Naked Chocolate in the beginning to connect to your intention.


Through long-held poses (3-6 minutes), this class is designed to provide a full-body experience that fosters deep introspection, calms a busy mind, and replenishes you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Reconnect with your inner self and cultivate trust in your personal journey.


This class is ideal for those seeking minimal sensory stimulation, including individuals prone to migraines or feeling overwhelmed by intense sounds, smells, or lighting.


Expect a serene environment with minimal talking, no background music, and soft, gentle lighting. This is a space of authentic presence – no pseudo-spirituality, just pure Yin Yoga and meditation to help you set powerful intentions, invite peace, and nurture inner safety.

About Aleks Nikolic & Her Intention:


I have been teaching yoga full-time since 2016 and specializing in Yin Yoga since 2018. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, welcoming space where individuals can show up, feel safe, and be themselves. This is a space to feel, reflect, connect, and digest life at your own pace.


The sensory-sensitive classes emerged from my personal experiences with yoga spaces that often felt overwhelming – incense, music, and bright lights would trigger migraines and create sensory overload instead of providing the stillness and nourishment I craved.


In this class, the absence of distractions can feel confronting at first. Yet, it offers a rare opportunity to disconnect from the outer world and fully be with yourself – a simple yet profound luxury in today’s busy life.

I invite you to experience this sanctuary, a space where you can simply exist and honor your presence.


I am trained in 200 hours of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, over 100 hours of Yin Yoga, 30 hours of Yoga Nidra, and 100 hours of Divine Feminine Hatha Yoga.
