Ceremonial Cacao is the Medicine of the Heart. Sitting in a Ceremony is a reminder to slow down, be present, and see yourself and others as you are. It's a safe space to explore your inside, digest emotions, calm your mind, and move from there into life with a clear intention and inspired action.

We'll be arriving into our space with a meditation, then move into our Cacao Ceremony and from there we'll share a few rituals to help you center in your heart, build trust and connection to yourself as well as the other women in the space.
