Intentional Workflow Morning for Women

at Radiant Heart Studio, Zurich

A dedicated morning designed for meaningful, focused work in community. Together, we create a space that combines ceremony, silence, and connection - so you can achieve in three hours what might otherwise scatter across a full day at home.

Focussed Intentional Workflows with Intention Setting, Ceremonial Cacao and Conversations - a moment to get really focussed, get intentional work done and meet other women - a space we share in silence and conversations together over breakfast or apéro. We start with a cup of ceremonial cacao by Naked Chocolate and a meditation to set our intention for the workflow - making work not a boring task but a ritual to enjoy life, create value and invite in prosperity on all levels. It’s no crime to feel nourished while doing business.

What to Expect

8:30-8:45 AM - Arrival: Settle in, grab a coffee, tea, or water, and choose your spot - whether a cozy lounge corner, cushion at a low table, yoga mat, or the shared work table. There will be nourishing breakfast snacks like banana bread.

8:45-9:15 AM - Cacao Meditation & Intention Setting: We begin with a short cacao meditation led by Aleks Nikolic to land fully in the space and set your intention for the morning.

9:20-10:50 AM - Intentional Workflow (Silent Work Session): Ninety minutes of deep focus in a quiet, shared workspace. Bring a project that matters: writing, planning, accounting, content creation, journaling, or a creative task, and immerse yourself in productive flow, supported by soft classical music in the background.

10:50-11:50 AM - Breakfast & Connection: After the work session, connect with other self-employed and freelancing women, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships.

• Time: 8:35-11:15 AM (please arrive on time, if you come later, let me know and I'll put a cup of cacao for you aside).

• Price: CHF 120 (incl. nourishing breakfast snacks, tea, coffee, cacao, connecting with other women and productive working)

• CHF 96 for members / become a member

• Capacity: Limited to 8 women

• Sign up by: April 10th

• Optional: Bring business cards or flyers if you wish (please take any extras home).

• You're welcome to join even if you're "just" starting out.

Organizer

Aleksandra Dehbandi-Nikolic has been a business owner and self-employed for over 10 years. She bas been holding space, organizing events, writing and teaching yoga since 2015. She is the Radiant Heart Studio co-founder and specializes in Yin Yoga & Cacao Ceremonies as well as trains people in teaching yin yoga and sharing ceremonial cacao.

She’s been organising the Business Women Gatherings for over a year in Zurich City - a space to connect, exchange and create with like-minded and like-hearted women in and around Zurich. Aleksandra has grown up in Zurich City and traveled a lot. In 2023 she opened the Radiant Heart Studio (www.radiantheartstudio.com) and in 2019 she created Naked Chocolate (www.naked-chocolate.com).

Aleksandra loves to create spaces for women to connect to themselves, trust and follow their intuition and flow and create a life that nourishes and makes them feel radiant, nourished, relaxed and alive.

Please note reserving a spot is binding and immediate payment is required. By reserving your spot, you're confirming that you've read the terms and conditions.

We don’t offer refunds but offer you the opportunity to get a credit for a similar event. The credit is = the price you paid (100% to 50%) - 20% for admin costs. 

Days Before Workshop Credit / Fee Policy

> 30 days full credit of the price you paid minus 20% admin costs

21–30 days 50% credit of the price you paid minus 20% admin costs

< 21 days No refund/no credit but you’re welcome to give your spot to someone a friend. Please note it’s not allowed to use the Woman Gathering Whatsapp Group or Instagram to do so. This costs 20% of total payment admin costs covered by you. 

No-show No refund/no credit

Giving your spot to someone else is only possible if the event is happening in 21 days or less but it has to be at least 72 hours before the event due to the coordination.
