Radiant Women's Cacao, Dance & Meditate Journey

Dear Women,

I invite you to sit with cacao in a circle, celebrate yourself, the cycles you’ve been moving through, and then move, dance, express, and deeply rest!

Imagine an evening where you feel free, safe, and connected to yourself.

Imagine connecting to your heart and feeling your body with a cup of ceremonial cacao.

Imagine dancing freely, wildly, gently, softly, crazily, and non-spectacularly - however you feel - among other women, creating a safe space to explore, move, rest, and digest?

Imagine after whirling your body, mind, and heart to nourish and integrate this journey in a meditation, honoring yourself, the other women, and the space you’ve co-created.

Imagine feeling alive, radiant, and brave. Give yourself the permission to feel and move, be still, be wild, be calm, and be grateful.
