About the event
Softening into the Heart - A Women's Circle with Cacao & Restorative Yin
Are you craving to soften your heart and create new nourishing women's friendships? This ceremonial morning is an invitation to slow down, open up from the heart, and get comfortable with being vulnerable.
The ceremonial cacao will help us to ground and be in our bodies as well as create a space for us to get in touch with our emotions. Enjoy a soft morning where you're allowed to be seen, held, and heard by yourself and other amazing women.
The Restorative Yin Yoga will help us feel safe to slow down, process emotions, release mental and physical tension as well as nourish on all levels.

Timetable:
09:45: Welcome with Tea & Snacks
10:15: Start Women's Circle with Cacao Meditation, Sharing Circle, Yin Yoga
12:15: End of the Workshop
Pricing and Booking:
Regular Ticket: CHF 65.-
Friends Ticket for 2 people: CHF 110.-

What is included in the Women's Circle:
Morning snacks, tea, cacao, restorative yin session, sharing circle, cacao meditation, and a goodie bag are included. It's a safe journey for most women, if you're pregnant or have specific needs, please let me know in advance via email.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:
Tickets are not refundable but transferable. If you are not feeling well & have a dr.'s attestation, you will get the opportunity to enjoy a Tuesday evening class with Aleks in January or February 2025.
