This Ceremony is an invitation to love life, yourself, your body, your soul again - to slow down and cherish each moment.
Replenish, travel galaxies within, feel your body deeply and nourish, clear your mind, and get in touch with your dreams. It’s not too late, you’ve got this! You’re heart is calling you to come back to yourself - to trust the process, allow yourself to soften and at the same time ignite that inner fire and hunger for deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.
This ceremony is a reminder. To let go and open up to receive. We will be moving through a powerful heart & dragon yin yoga journey where you will release tension from your hips and upper body and gently soften.

Timetable
from 17:15: Tea & Arrival
17:30: Start of our Ceremony (please arrive at least 5 minutes before)
from 19:00: Arriving back into the space, a little snack, going home, or connecting with others
19:30: End of the Event with an exciting goodie bag
Exchange:
CHF 120.- (regular ticket)
CHF 90.- (reduced ticket if you have a IV/LEGI)
This ceremony includes a nourishing goodie back (with some delicious Naked Chocolate Ceremonial Cacao in it & more), herbal tea, 1-2 cups of ceremonial cacao by Naked Chocolate, live music by an experienced musician, yin yoga journey by an experienced yin yoga teacher, healthy homemade snacks, and herbal tea.
