My intention has always been to create safe and sacred spaces for people to reconnect back to their hearts, overcome their challenges, and remember their light. I have spent 9 years to understand the art of practicing and teaching Yoga.

In this 12-hour course, I will share the most important methods and concepts that have personally helped me thrive in the wellness industry and become a better teacher.

Program Overview:

• 6 comprehensive online group classes.

• 120 minutes for each class.

• Classes will be conducted on two Saturdays of every month at 9 AM, CET Swiss Time on Zoom

• Don’t worry if you miss a class you will have access to the recorded video to study at your own pace.

Some of the Topics that We will cover:

1. The Art of Holding Space: Creating an environment in which your students realize the full potential of your teachings.

2. Refining Voice, Language, and Cueing: If you don’t articulate it correctly, you will make it 10 times harder to understand.

Develop clear and impactful communication skills to guide your students effectively.

3. Significance of Sequencing: Keep your students interested in your teachings with a balanced, engaging and correctly sequenced class.

4. Concept of Energetics: Yoga is the flow of energy in its core. Get this concept right and you can train any student.

5. Knowledge of Yin Yoga: With an overload of information it is hard to understand basic concepts of Yin Yoga by just looking online.  Know the specifics of Yin Yoga to become a confident and versatile instructor.

6. Embodying Teachings: Maintain the authenticity of yogic philosophies while cultivating an original persona as a teacher
