Uhmmm sometimes we have difficulties to narrow this down to one clear intention and keep it either general or focus on what we don’t want to have more of. This Yin Yoga class is an invitation to tune in and connect to your heart as we’ll be doing a few heart opening yin shapes and end the class with a yoga nidra style shavasana where you’ll be planting your intention in your subconscious mind.
