What is Yin Yoga and its benefits?

Yin Yoga is a medicine for everyone; even if you don’t like practicing yoga or think it’s nothing for you. It’s a very slow practice, where we use props like yoga bolsters (firm pillows), blankets and yoga blocks to assist our bodies and relax into the poses. When the body begins to relax, your busy mind and stream of intrusive thoughts will eventually shift into clarity, spaciousness and possibility. This will allow you meet yourself with honest reflections. 

How will the shamanic music help?

The shamanic music will carry you through the journey, assiting you in moving past blockages and challenging emotions. It will provide support to overcome physical resistance and tension. Mehdi Dehbandi will play a unique blend of different Shamanic instruments like the Mouth Harp, Native American Flute, Frame Drum, Digeridoo, Rattles and his signature Persian-tuned Classical Guitar.

With every booking there is a confirmation email and reminder 24 hours before the class. Check your spam and get in touch via support@radiantheartstudio.com if you have questions or didn't find an email.

Please note some of the dates may change if the minimum number of participants isn't reached or for any other reasons- then alternative dates will be provided or money returned for that date.

Please note reserving a spot is binding and immediate payment is required. By reserving your spot, you're confirming that you've read the terms and conditions.

We don’t offer refunds but offer you the opportunity to get a credit for a similar event. The credit is = the price you paid (100% to 50%) - 20% for admin costs. 

Days Before Workshop Credit / Fee Policy

> 30 days full credit of the price you paid minus 20% admin costs

21–30 days 50% credit of the price you paid minus 20% admin costs

< 21 days No refund/no credit but you’re welcome to give your spot to someone a friend. This costs 20% of total payment admin costs covered by you. 

No-show No refund/no credit

Giving your spot to someone else is only possible if the event is happening in 21 days or less but it has to be at least 72 hours before the event due to the coordination. 

Request your credit/cancellation via email to support@radiantheartstudio.com only.

Your credit is only valid for events in 2026. By purchasing the abo/3 class pass, you get a code via email and you can use it personally to reserve a spot on three different dates provided below. If you don't get an email, please get in touch. Please note for the abo there are no refunds. You can transfer it to a person you know before 25.2.26. If you have reserved a class with your code, there are no refunds if you cancel(are a no show. You may give your spot to someone for CHF 20.- extra payment.
