Create stillness in your body and mind. 75 minutes of no distractions and spaciousness to just be: reflect, release, reconnect. In Yin Yoga, we hold poses for 3-6 minutes and this journey is a full-body experience designed to take you deeper inwards, calm a busy mind, replenish yourself on all levels, and connect to trusting yourself and your inner voice.
You're welcome to join this class if you wish for less sensory impulses for example if you're prone to migraine or feel overwhelmed with a lot of sound, smell, or light. This class will have minimal talking, no pseudo-spirituality, and there won't be music or harsh lighting and smell. The yin yoga and meditation will help you to set powerful intentions, and invite peace and nourishment, cultivating a sense of inner safety.
