Enjoy a month of taking care of yourself, rebuilding trust in the universe, letting go mentally and physically, as well as grounding and nourishing.
Feeling rather tense, agitated, not fully here or anywhere? Your mind spirals more into negative thinking, it's hard to see beauty and feel gratitude, joy, and lightness. These online yin yoga classes have been created to relax, nourish, and create space in your body and mind. You can join the full course or single classes.
-Week 1 - May 8: Hip Releaser
Yin Yoga Journey focuses on releasing tension in your hips & belly.
-Week 2 - May 15: Shoulders Releaser
Yin Yoga Journey focuses on releasing tension from the shoulder blades &
shoulders
-Week 3 - May 22 : Heart Softener & Spine Expandor
Yin Yoga Journey focuses on moving your spine in different directions and creating a sense of expansion & flexibility and softening in your heart.
-Week 4 - May 29: Full Body Relaxation
Enjoy a full body relaxation and connect to yourself. We'll be working with a sequence that covers the full body.

About Aleks Nikolic & Her Intention:
I have been teaching yoga full-time since 2016 and specializing in Yin Yoga since 2018. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, welcoming space where individuals can show up, feel safe, and be themselves. This is a space to feel, reflect, connect, and digest life at your own pace.
The sensory-sensitive classes emerged from my personal experiences with yoga spaces that often felt overwhelming – incense, music, and bright lights would trigger migraines and create sensory overload instead of providing the stillness and nourishment I craved.
In this class, the absence of distractions can feel confronting at first. Yet, it offers a rare opportunity to disconnect from the outer world and fully be with yourself – a simple yet profound luxury in today’s busy life.
I invite you to experience this sanctuary, a space where you can simply exist and honor your presence.
I am trained in 200 hours of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, over 100 hours of Yin Yoga, 30 hours of Yoga Nidra, and 100 hours of Divine Feminine Hatha Yoga.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Please note that there are no refunds. For online classes, you will receive a recording to download. If you have to cancel in person, make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance via email. There are no refunds but you will receive an online class to practice at home instead.
