4 Weeks Online Yin Yoga to Radiantly Rest in March

In March I am taking you on 2 Monday evenings and 2 Saturday mornings on a 60 minutes yin journey of deep rest.

When was the last time you felt relaxed physically, mentally, energetically and emotionally?

We’ll be working in each class with a different energetic theme and body parts. The evening classes end with yoga nidra and the morning classes with pranayama. Next to the yin journey, there will also be a few questions to journal if you join the full course. We start and end our practice with meditation.

The class themes, dates & times (CET/Swiss time):

Let Go - this is a class to deeply ground, release and tune the gaze inwards. We’ll be working with our legs, feet, hands & arms especially. We’ll end this practice with a relaxing body scan.March 7th (Monday) / 6:45-7:45 pm:
