Yin Yoga for Deep Nourishment

So much is about releasing, about improving, about this being "righter" and this "wronger" and this more and that less.Can we just for one moment honour who we are, what we want, what is not right anymore and be okay with today. Can we be more gentle with our hearts, bodies, minds and lives? The people around us? All the wounded inner children dressed as adults running the world? Who is running our world?

Compassion. Forgiveness. Acceptance.

Seeing what is for what it is. And accepting it for that. Not more, not less.

Can some things be enough as they are? Can we find the beauty and enjoyment and peace with it?

This will be a very soft and deep yin yoga practice to relax the body, calm the mind and open the heart - inviting in softness.
