Gratitude Challenge

We all know that gratitude carries us those few steps further with much more ease and a sense of fullfillment on the way.


How can our lifes feel more rich and fullfilled by us being more present and noticing the gifts we have?


Lately I’ve been going back to the basics.


It’s not about how spiritual something looks or how spiritual it sounds if it doesn’t work in our life and relationships.

How do we know it doesn’t work? Well.. Is it enhancing our life? Is it giving us more capacity to deal with difficulties?


Does it help us put challenging emotions and dark thoughts into words? Is it helping us noticing our needs and knowing how to communicate aka fullfill them?


Does it make our inner and maybe even outer circle a better place for everyone? Are we feeling more at peace, ease and does it give us a sense of fullfilment?


I felt inspired this morning to create a gratitude challenge after I completed the complaint detox challenge. You can sign up for both for free and receive each day a small and short mindful task or meditation
