Has 2025 been a hard year? Or the best year ever?

Have you felt heartbroken? Desperate? Angry? Happy? Fullfilled? Chasing after your dreams, some catching, some gliding through your fingers? Have you felt like your authentic self? Or were there these bad, good old patterns and behaviours repeating like the Christmas songs each year?

Is there some old baggage that you don’t want to take into the new year? Some feelings to be felt? Thoughts to be processed? Ideas to be reflected on? Stress to be let go of?

On December 20th, we’re creating an evening where you have an undisturbed space to release tension from your body, reflect, feel emotions and release. As well as envision what you want to take into the new year from 2025. It’s an evening of blessing and releasing. Take a moment to reflect on the past months and tune into the version you’re in today. Processing whatever didn’t have enough space to be felt and gently move your body.

The ceremonial cacao from Bali by Naked Chocolate will support you in connecting to your heart and emotions, it will nourish your body and ground the mind. Ceremonies remind us that there is no waiting, there is a process we’re trusting, and we can create simple rituals that remind us of the divine even in the mundane.

Yin Yoga helps release tension, passively stretching the body and deepening your breath. The Yin Dragon Journey is a yin sequence that brings you back into your body and releases tension from the hips, creating some inner fire and helping you move through obstacles and FEEL whatever there is to be felt.

The live ceremonial music by Mehdi Dehbandi, musician and multi-instrumentalist with over 2 decades of experience, will help you to stay present by using instruments like Persian-tuned classical guitar, didgeridoo, Native American flute, frame drums, mouth harp and more.

We will welcome you with a cup of herbal tea, afterwards we will slowly come back with tea & homemade nourishing, plant-based snacks. You will receive a ritual bag to take home. Leave the ceremony feeling lighter, blissful, relaxed and grounded.
