You can use them to prepare a personal Cacao Ceremony at home, for your meditation/yoga/dance/movement practice, or to enjoy hot chocolate style on your couch.

USE YOUR CACAO BLEND TO SPRINKLE A TEASPOON ON YOUR FOOD AND DRINKS (SMOOTHIE, COFFEE) 2-4 TIMES A DAY TO ENHANCE GENERAL WELLBEING.

CEREMONIAL DOSAGE :

CREATE YOUR OWN CACAO CEREMONY AT HOME WITH THE INTENTION TO TUNE IN AND RECONNECT TO YOUR HEART.

ADD 2 TO 7 TEA SPOONS OF YOUR CACAO BLEND (DEPENDING ON HOW STRONG YOU WANT IT ) TO (APPROX. 100/150ML) OF WARM WATER. SHAKE/BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH

CREATE SPACE FOR YOUR CEREMONY

CLOSE YOUR EYES, PLACE YOUR CUP ON TO YOUR HEART AND INFUSE YOUR CACAO WITH YOUR INTENTION
